If you discover a defect after receiving a product, please report this to us for return by filling out the following form and describing the defect in detail.

You will receive a reply from us within a short time after sending this form. After checking and written approval on our part, we will immediately send you a link so that you can print out a return label for a free return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent by you freight collect.
