II General information on data processing
1. scope of the processing of personal data
As a matter of principle, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly only carried out with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which it is not possible to obtain prior consent for actual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.
2 Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Article 6 (1) lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
If processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.
3 Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned norms expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.
These purposes are also our legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
4. duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Unless otherwise specified in your browser settings, these are generally not deleted immediately when you leave the website, but are stored for a certain period of time, unless you delete them manually.
The prevention of data transmission is possible by deactivating Java Script in your browser, which, however, results in the functions of "Google Maps" only being usable to a limited extent or not at all.
Detailed descriptions of the data collected by "Google" as well as explanations of the data protection-relevant handling of "Google" and "Google Maps" can be found at:
http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html

This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your visit to the site. The Trustami trustmark and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trustami GmbH, Friedrich-Wilhelm Str.68, 12103 Berlin.
X. Social media plug-ins
We use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, YouTube and Twitter on our website to make our company better known. 1. YouTube
Our website uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for the integration of videos. Normally, when you call up a page with embedded videos, your IP address is already sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have embedded our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Klick service, but according to Google's privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). This means that YouTube no longer stores any information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube and YouTube learns that you have watched the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).
We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube. You can find more information in YouTube's privacy policy at

Information on all Facebook plugins can be found in the following link:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. The website operator has no influence on the nature and extent of the data that the plugin transmits to the servers of Facebook Inc. Information on this can be found here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/186325668085084
The plugin informs Facebook Inc. that you have visited this website. There is a possibility that your IP address will be stored. If you are logged into your Facebook account during your visit to this website, the aforementioned information will be linked to it.
If you use the functions of the plugin - for example by sharing or "liking" a post - the corresponding information will also be transmitted to Facebook Inc.
If you would like to prevent Facebook. Inc. linking this data to your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
3. twitter
Furthermore, this website uses Twitter chat areas. These are operated by Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). If you visit a page that contains such a button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter servers. The website operator therefore has no influence whatsoever over the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the Twitter Inc. servers.
According to Twitter Inc., only your IP address is collected and stored.
Information on the handling of personal data by Twitter Inc. can be found here:

Your stored data can be viewed at any time in your customer account under the menu item "Overview"/"My data" under the button "Export personal data". Please send any requests regarding the modification or deletion of your data by e-mail to service@4u2play.de.
If the data is required for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, premature deletion of the data is only possible insofar as contractual or legal obligations do not prevent deletion.

3 Purpose of the data processing
The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. In the case of contact by e-mail, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.
The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
4 Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
