The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform ("ODR platform") at http:\\ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, which gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with their online order without having to go to court in the first instance. 

The seller is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings at a consumer arbitration board.
